Pinks are another one of my favorite flowers...they make a beautiful bouquet, and to me they feel much more joyful and spontaneous than the elegant roses (nothing wrong with roses though!!). There is just some colorful, wild freedom and individuality about pinks, and a beautiful scent. Let them remind you that your individuality is your strength and encourage you to step fully into your wild power.
This is a one-off handmade miniature painting. Don't you just love tiny things? They've always felt super special for me.
Perfect gift for a miniature collector, modern witch or a cottagecore/nature enthusiast - even if they reside in a big town, or especially so, as it will connect them to nature and magic.
Each painting has a botanical spirit that inspired it. Choose the one that best represents the energy you want to invite into your life. The paintings boost each other's energy and look best with a couple of their friends, as a small collection :)
Where did the idea come from:
I came up with the idea of framing mini paintings with real colored pencils during the production of my stop-motion animation "The Flight of the Quirky Owl". I wanted you to have a tactile connection to my magical world, and to remind you of the childlike joy of discovering the surrounding microcosmos. At least they do it for me, as I loved to imagine miniature worlds of fairies and spirits living in the mountain streams and meadows, when I was a child. I wanted to show you my way of looking at the world, seeing magic and souls everywhere.
The creation process and materials used:
I made the paintings with lots of love and care for the details. I first drew them with inkpen, then painted them with acrylics, adding shimmering details of gold, rose gold, rose silver or silver paint (depending on the painting). Not too much, but just enough to make them twinkle when the sunlight reaches them. love shiny things! I then added a protective varnish and finished with the special frame made of colorful pencils. To connect the pieces and secure the pencils, I used a non-toxic bookbinding glue, so you can use it safely. The paintings have a little hanger to hang them in your miniature dollhouse/on the wall or wear as an original jewelry.
The miniature is subtly signed with my signatures on the front and back.
Size (with the frame): Approx. 6 x 9,5 cm (2,4 x 3,75 inches)
