Shipping

I usually send packages within 2 business days, however in special circumstances it can take up to 3-4 days. The packages are nicely, carefully and securely packed, and the miniature paintings are additionally packaged in their own little boxes, so they are ready to be given as a gift if you like.

For international orders you will find an invoice both inside and outside the package, along with the customs receipt, so the customs can run smoothly. You may have to pay additional customs fee, depending on your country.

I only use shipping with tracking, and I will share with you the tracking link as soon as it's available. You pay only once for the package, the cost of the package is counted by its weight.

I send to most countries that are available through our Post Office via Global Express service and the shipping can take up from around 1-2 weeks in Europe, up to 3 weeks in the rest of the world. The exact list of delivery times can be found here. 

Please note that the delivery times may be elongated by a couple of days because of the customs procedures, depending on your country.

USA UPDATE: for now due to new regulations, shipping to USA is on hold. I am figuring out a different way to send you packages. Stay tuned.

If you can't find your country when placing the order, please let me know at hello@holymojoshop.com and I'll check the issue and see what I can do :) It might be possible to send by a different service, however as I am a small business, I am growing slowly to accommodate everyone.
